Mr. McKinley has over 25 years of experience in real estate syndications and private equity placement focused on ownership interest, cash-flow as well as appreciation.


A Las Vegas local since 1963, Mr. McKinley began his real estate journey in 1993 at a Single-Family Office (Becker Realty Corp). Since then, he has been responsible for management, development and sale of over 40 single purpose entitles controlling thousands of acres in Nevada, Utah and California.


Mr. McKinley also developed, financed and owned a CO2 liquefaction plant located in Eastern Utah with the daily production capacity of approx. 300 tons of beverage grade liquid CO2. Apart from industrial developments; he has been involved in the ownership, syndication and development of storage unit facilities, town homes complexes, retail centers and other cash flowing assets comprising over $200 million in equity placement.

He is 1983 college graduate of UNLV and holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance.   He is a lifetime member of the UNLV Alumni and the UNLV Business Alumni Associations. He also served on the UNLV Business Alumni Association Board  and previously held a position of Vice-President on the Board of Trustees of the Alpha Tau Omega Alumni Association.


Today, Kevin’s primary overarching emphasis is to develop and operate a real estate investment firm with an emphasis on healthcare and housing assets.


He has two children and in his spare time, enjoys golf, skiing and hiking.  

Mr. DiRaffaele has been recognized for his performance in the real estate sector not only by print publications like The Wall Street Journal and Real Estate Executive Magazine but also by the good will he has established in the sector through developing trust and delivering expertise through integrity.

With over 3000 real estate assets sold in the Nevada market; Mr. DiRaffaele started his career in real estate at Coldwell Banker in 1996. As a partner of a real estate firm since 2014; he continues to build value through mentor-ship, creating meaning relationships and by delivering targeted outcomes necessary for the firm’s growth.    

He oversees investor relationships for the firm as well as heads the investment committee which oversees the risk profile and decision-making process of each investment firm tends to assign resources behind.

Mr. DiRaffaele is also involved in community focused organizations. Currently, he is the President of Henderson International Business Networking Group, Co-Chair of the Elite Alumni Leadership Henderson Board, Board Member for Henderson High School Leadership and a proud Silver Sponsor of Henderson Chamber of Commerce.  

Born in Long Island, New York and a Nevada local since 1985; his mission in life is to leave people and places in better shape than they were when he first encountered them. 

A family man and proud father of 2 teenagers; he loves spending time engaging in activities empowering his family, team and community members. He holds a BS in Administration and Hospitality from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and enjoys sports in his spare time.

Hassan Chaudhry
Managing Partner

Mr. Chaudhry, is an entrepreneur at heart and is most passionate about and seasoned in Real Estate Development , Housing and projects involving Wrap Around Services. 

Mr. Chaudhry transitioned into commercial real estate from hospitality sector in 2011. Since then he has worked for three real estate developers in Nevada, including the largest affordable housing provider. In 2014, his career took a step further when he was given the opportunity to invest and develop a portfolio of assets targeting Senior Housing and Healthcare in Nevada. in this role and other he learned from the best and targeted a niche sector in the asset class; he was instrumental in procurement, planning, designing and acquisition of over 153 acres of targeted development sites in Southern Nevada. Including 142,000 sf of medical office space and entitlement of 741 housing units.

For the firm he brings the vision of establishing a housing and healthcare investment trust fueled by acquisitions, financing and the development of assets.


He is also very passionate about community development and in past has raised equity for the development of a cancer hospital. His past work has also been  instrumental in formulating  a Health and Housing Partnership between his past employer and a healthcare organization to house individuals experiencing homelessness.  He also serves as a

Court Appointed Special Advocate - CASA for the District Court in Clark County and is a Clark County CoC Board Member.

Proud father of a daughter; he loves to travel and spending time with his family. He holds a Degree in Computer Science from the Information Technology Institute in Lahore and is certified in Multifamily Development and Design project management from NeighborWorks America.

Barry Becker

Mention Las Vegas real estate and land development to anyone and they are bound to start talking about Barry W. Becker.  Barry has been a Las Vegas resident for almost 35 years and joined the family’s land development business in 1963.  In 1973, he obtained his Nevada real estate broker’s license and opened Becker Realty Corp., a company that originated to sell new track homes, but has gone on to buying and selling land.  The company specializes in identifying and acquiring real estate for investors and developers. 


In addition to Becker Realty, Barry is a partner in Becker Enterprises, a company that builds, owns and operates shopping centers and apartment buildings in the Las Vegas Valley.  The Becker Family and its partnerships have developed more the 75,000 homes, over 4,000 Multi-family units, shopping centers, and professional office buildings.


Barry says that their success is built upon the many years of knowledge from participating in all facets of development from design, engineering, building, marketing, leasing and managing.  He has built an incredible team to support their many endeavors throughout the southwestern United States.


Being a part of the community has always been important to Barry. He has been involved with various organizations on both a professional and personal level. 

Randy Becker

A fourth generation developer, for Randy Becker, real estate was definably in his blood.   After graduating college he spent his first 2 years at Prudential Americana learning all about the residential real estate market in Las Vegas, an important foundation for his transition to working exclusively with his family.


Immediately following he joined Becker Realty Corporation in 2002 to work on land development and acquisitions. Immersing himself in the family business Randy has worked with investors for the purchase of real estate, land planning, entitlements, mapping, and marketing. He has been involved in the development and ownership of self- storage facilities, townhome complexes, and a CO2 liquification plant.


Born and raised in Las Vegas, Randy is currently the Managing Broker of Becker Realty Corporation. In addition, he currently oversees the leasing of over 400,000 square feet of retail and office space for Becker Enterprises in Las Vegas and is the managing partner of Weddington Golf and Tennis in Studio City, CA.


Randy recently founded Becker Development LLC.  He is currently managing partner and operator where his experience lends strong to their venture in affordable housing.


Randy holds Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Business and Recreation Tourism from Arizona State University. He is involved in New Horizons Academy, Nevada's only nonprofit, private school specifically designed to assist students with learning differences.


He is married and a proud father of two children.  In his spare time enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking, skiing, golfing, and playing pickleball.
